In Latin, nexum is a binding obligation — a bond. We chose it because that is the job: connecting founders, operators, and owners to the strategy, systems, and capital that move them to the next stage, and staying bound to the outcome.

Nexum Advisory Group started as a Denver advisory firm helping businesses, founders, organizations, and operators solve complex problems, launch new initiatives, modernize operations, and implement technology that creates real leverage.
The same clients kept asking for the next thing — help raising, help growing, help selling. So we are building it: a venture studio, venture and private-equity arms, and a quantitative research lab, all on one operating core.
